The Glasgow Climbing Academy is shaping up nicely, the place is glowing with colour. Although I am a sucker for the simplicity and aesthetic of plain wood the colours now really give the space depth and a certain Tromp- l’oeil effect!

The progress that has been made over the past week has been astonishing. I arrived a little later on this visit and the afternoon light streaming through the windows really gave the place a greater sense of space, it was also great to see the guys working away on the epic T-nutting mission.
