I’m currently working on a little project documenting the week by week progress of the Glasgow Climbing Academy. The new state of the art bouldering facility is due to open in mid September in the super cool former News International building. I’ve spent a bit of time wondering around; the place is amazing, huge and it’s pretty hard to grasp the amount of space there is going to be for this new wall. At the moment the place is a buzzing construction site, and a very friendly one at that and it definitely makes a difference that most of the people working on it are really psyched for climbing.
Come October we are all going to be beasts!
